Madison Culler, contractor
If you need a new roof, or suspect you have hail or wind damage, give me a call and I can usually show up for a free assessment in a couple of days. I have been in business in the Louisville area for over ten years and come from a family of roofing contractors. My two brothers both have their own roofing companies. We are all cut from the same cloth—we treat the customer right and stand behind our work.
All successful businesses have figured out their own way of doing things. Here is my way:
~I show up when I say I will, and almost always stick to the quoted costs. Any variation from the quote, such as the costs required to replace rotted wood on the roof decking, will involve the homeowner.
~I, Madison Culler, will be on the job to set things up, and will check in with my crew frequently during the day.
~I double-check to make sure the yard is cleaned up well.
~I install ice and water shield in all valleys, and use quality synthetic underlayment.
~I typically install GAF Timberline HDZ shingles (the newest line-up out there). But if you have another brand you prefer, there is no extra cost to use them.
~I will suggest optional ways for a homeowner to save money, such as retaining the current drip edge.
~We clean out the gutters after the roof is installed (to make sure roofing debris is removed).
